After a year of blogging, I have yet to possess the knowledge to enable me to do 2 things...
1)add a correct URL link to a post
2)Shrink the pic behind my title
Can anyone help me??...

to shrink the pic behind your title, you have to change the size measurements. I believe you do that either in Photoshop or some other photo program and then upload it to your blog. That's probably a simple way to do it.
As for adding url links to your posts, it's the same way you add the link on the side of your blog. Just copy-paste one of those links, change the address and the word you want it linked to and voila!
