They're obviously good for us..
The New Year is such a good time to grow, take stock of life, see where you're going, stretch, think outside the box..etc.
Besides the big changes I'd like to see (I'm being evasive on purpose), I'd like to change a lot of little things about myself; how I relate to people on this blog, for instance..I've been so busy relaying news (which of course is the most interesting), that I've not taken time to express myself about myself...not droning on & on w/ senseless "self-talk", but more like sharing a life-lesson that might help someone else who's going thru the same thing, or give a bit of advice that may help someone avoid making a certain mistake I may have made...being deep, basically..
2 of my friends I link to, have done a good job of that of late..
